32 Hanway Street

This project redeveloped an existing commercial property of five floors to a single two bedroom property. The existing incoming supplies were upgraded to reflect a residential use. Improvements were made to the fabric of the building, to bring the envelope up to standards.

Heating was provided by a central high efficiency gas fired condensing boiler, and underfloor heating. Comfort cooling was provided to the property, along with mechanical ventilation and heat recovery to serve a basement media room. Lighting is provided by new low energy LED and is controlled via a Lutron lighting control system.
