Milieu undertook heat loss and gain calculations to determine the peak simultaneous heating demand for this Bed and Breakfast which provides 10 en-suite rooms in Winchester. We prepared domestic hot and cold water demand unit calculations to assess water storage and re-heat demand requirements and prepared a General Arrangement drawing for the plant room.
