An existing dwelling will be demolished and replaced with a new build eight bedroom house. A master plan is also being considered to provide a new swimming pool, spa and garage annexe.

Milieu’s scope was to produce a full design and specification of the mechanical, electrical and public health services as well as to provide guidance on the Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems.

Feasibility studies were conducted on the applicable energy sources as was not possible to provide gas to the site. Dynamic overheating studies were performed at scheme design stage to inform the fabric and fenestration design for the building.
