St Clements Surgery

Milieu developed the services engineering strategy for this proposed new doctors’ surgery and health centre in the heart of Winchester. The project forms part of the enabling works for the major Silver Hill redevelopment of the city. Due to the high traffic levels on the site and the need for quiet consultation rooms, natural ventilation was not an option, so a low energy solution that provides ventilation to consultation rooms and extracts through the central atrium, was developed. Heating and cooling utilises low carbon technology in the form of air source heat pumps.
