Whitechapel Bell Foundry | London

This project regenerates the Grade II* Listed Bell Foundry which dates back to 1570.

It will provide 95 luxury bedrooms, bar and lounge, an indoor and outdoor terrace swimming pool.

Working with 31/44 Architects, Milieu is designing the MEP for this project which is seeking a BREEAM Excellent score. The project is currently at planning stage.
