New Street | London

Located on the doorstep of Liverpool Street Station, 1-2 New Street offers creative commercial office space, whilst keeping a number of the building’s original features.

Involved from concept stage, Milieu designed the MEP and carried out the construction monitoring role for this refurbishment project. A change of use was necessary for the ground and lower floor to be occupied by A3 café / restaurant use. Levels 1-5 provide office space and a new set back façade and plant are provided at the new level 6.

A new lift was installed within the existing lift shaft.
