Ô Gourmet Libanais

Based in the heart of the Battersea Reach development, Ô Gourment Libanese is a recent UK brand launch inspired by authentic Lebanese cooking.  Headed by an experienced Middle East chef, the restaurant provides 40 covers within the restaurant as well as a further 30 covers outside on a piazza.

Milieu worked alongside Abu Dhabi interior designers, Gauding Intreasa, to develop an inviting Lebanese experience.  We managed Landlord negotiations including water, power and heating connections as well as lighting strategy for planning consent.

The restaurant is fully air-conditioned with high ventilation rates to ensure all cooking demands are exhausted maintaining a fresh air environment within the front of house areas.  The cooking facilities include a Lebanese Bread oven and charcoal cooking.
