1 Alfred Mews

Milieu designed the MEP services for Smart Energy’s relocation from their previous offices in Kings Cross to new premises at 1 Alfred Mews (part of the historic Heals building on Tottenham Court Road).

Taking over 11,000 sq ft on the fourth and fifth floors, their new space comprises office accommodation for circa 80 staff, a lunch and break out area, a further breakout/kitchen and meeting room space.
