Milieu is currently carrying out a Design Guardian role for the Design and Build Fit Out of the 4th Floor of the Institute of Directors Headquarters in Pall Mall.
The comprehensive refurbishment will transform the space into a contemporary open plan workspace. Meeting rooms will be
updated, collaboration areas enhanced and the terrace area upgraded.
Acting on behalf of the IOD as a technical agent, we assisted in the definition of the brief to enable the procurement and monitoring of Design and Build contractor Davenport Projects.
We are now monitoring the contractor technical design and assisting with the performance and execution of the MEPH works through Stage 5.
