Citadines Trafalgar

Milieu carried out the Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health services for the refurbishment of this nine storey, 187-roomed Aparthotel in London’s Trafalgar Square. Our scope included preparation of a due diligence report, Thermal Modelling, Stage D, performance specifications, construction monitoring and a commissioning management role.

In addition Milieu Consult carried out footprint modelling and thermal analysis utilising dynamic simulation modelling software.
