Milieu developed an Employers’ Requirement Document that Citadines Hotel / Ascott Group could roll-out across all new development and refurbishment schemes within the Citadines Group.

At Holborn, Milieu managed the design, construction and procurement of the refurbishment for all 192 bedrooms, and the significant reconfiguration of the public and conference areas.

The works included the complete replacement of the heating, cooling and ventilation equipment, and overhauling the building’s infrastructure.
