Maison Bab & Kebab Queen
This gourmet kebab restaurant located in Mercers Walk, Soho has three separate kitchens including a food preparation for other off-site stores, open charcoal cooking and a bread oven.
Milieu designed the MEP for this restaurant which opened in August 2018, it provides 55 covers spread over ground and basement levels and a 12 person chef’s table. All food is prepared from scratch in full view and there is also a wine and cocktail bar.
