The Granville is a community hub located in South Kilburn, London. The South Kilburn Trust’s offices have been redesigned to provide a flexible mix of uses and spaces for hire.
The lower ground floor provides affordable workspaces for local start up organisations and businesses along with a community kitchen and children’s club.
Upper Ground floor includes the new main public area with café, seating and reception for the South Kilburn Trust.
The upper two floors provide a music studio and the South Kilburn Trust’s office space and meeting room.
Working closely with RCKA Milieu completed the MEP design within budget.
The project was shortlisted for the Architects Journal Awards 2018 and won the New London Architecture award for the Community Category in July 2019 for the scheme that demonstrates the most positive and meaningful impact on the place where it is located.
