Milieu’s second project in this building comprises nearly 9,000 sq ft of office space for Imperial Innovations on the fourth floor of 7 Air Street. The space is designed for Imperial Innovations to help commercialise technology developed by scientists at Imperial College London. It includes break out spaces for science hubs, medical and technical ventures as well as office space, meeting rooms and kitchen facilities.

Milieu designed a performance specification and Employers’ Requirements to be worked up by a design and build contractor. We monitored the contractor’s design and construction activities through to Client handover in December 2016.
