Back of The Walls Halls of Residence

The site proposes the construction of a new nine storey halls of residence to provide circa 400 rooms for Southampton University. Southampton City Council required a sustainability statement including demonstration of a 15% CO2 reduction through the use of materials in an approved Document Part L compliant building.
