Milieu prepared a due diligence report for Chicago Trading Company’s move within the City of London for the fit out of a facility to include 40 trading desks, 15 operation desks, meeting rooms, cellular offices, break out and games area, reception, food preparation and IT / Comms area. We concluded that the trading desks were likley to require local cooling due to the high heat output.
