Milieu carried out an independent design review of the proposed engineering services on behalf of the fit-out Construction Managers COMO. Milieu Consult prepared value engineering and alternative solutions to help with the systems commissionability and future operation.

The base building has achieved BREEAM ‘Excellent’ with an Energy Performance Certificate rating of ‘B’. Energy is supplemented by 850m2 of photovoltaic panels. The Japanese bank Nomura now occupy this impressive building that offers trading floors, a substantial back office, gymnasium and catering facilities.
