Kingsgate School | London

This scheme created a new primary school. On behalf of London Borough of Camden Council Milieu carried out an MEP monitoring role to ensure the MEP design of the Design and Build Contractor’s design met the Employer’s Requirements and relevant standards. The building is highly energy efficient and is designed to allow further installation of a Combined Heat and Power (CHP) unit, once adjacent residential areas are also available.

Our role also included monthly site inspections of the building services installations to ensure compliance. The project completed in July 2017 with the school opening to pupils in September 2017.
