Maitlands Park | London

Milieu is carrying out a Technical Advisory role for this multi-residential project for London Borough of Camden. It involves the demolition of existing buildings on the Aspen House site to create 119 new residential units, along with a community hall for the local residents’ association, a new park and landscaping improvements.

Designed by Cullinan Studio, the units are a mixture of social rent, shared ownership and private tenure.

Having reviewed Bouygues’ Stage 4 Design we are now undertaking the Construction Monitoring phase which is scheduled for completion in December 2022.
