This project will focus on the conservation-led refurbishment of this Grade II Listed Building to redevelop the former NatWest bank to a new Class E development.

Milieu’s scope will focus on both MEP and Sustainability duties. This includes the assessment of all existing MEP equipment and modernisation of capital plant and services to allow for a flexible Class E development, whilst remaining faithful to the building’s historical integrity. 

The project scope includes: 

  • Lower & Upper Basement Floors;
  • Ground Floor;
  • Mezzanine Level;
  • Mezzanine and roof plant areas.
