This refurbishment scheme will involve the challenge of retaining the existing facade. The new double mansard topped with a new set back eighth floor will provide office accommodation across levels 1-8 and lower ground floor and ground floor will offer two retail units. In total the scheme provides 38,000 sq ft.
Milieu’s services include BREEAM Assessment to achieve BREEAM Excellent, an Acoustic Assessment and an Air Quality Assessment.
The project received planning permission shortly before Christmas 2016 and is now moving forward into the construction stage.
