390 The Strand

390 The Strand saw the refurbishment of an existing commercial office building providing circa 8,000ft.sq NIA over six upper floors. The building has been extensively refurbished, with new building services throughout, also releasing some lettable area back to the building with a re-plan of the risers.

A new reception area and upgraded entrance were included in the refurbishment as well as a new WC core and cycle / shower facilities in the basement.

The existing lift was replaced with new, with Milieu also providing the specialist consultant input for the lift.
